Through key informant interviews, focus group discussions, data collection, and health facility observation, the report describes the ways in which the USAID IHP supports the strengthening of healthcare services through an integrated approach that includes technical, administrative, financial, and personnel management training and the delivery of essential medication, supplies, and formative supervision.
