D4I and our local partners use enhanced analytics, efficient evaluation approaches, and improved presentation and communication of evaluation findings and other data. The project works with local actors to increase the technical capacity of individuals and organizations and to empower country partners to independently conduct evaluations, analyze data, and use evidence to inform program and policy decisions.
